Let's face it. Sometimes, being a few years older brings some hassle. There is still a lot of energy to do, learn, discover, but the opportunities to do so are few.

It would take a company, cheerful, stimulating and that makes you regain your energy but, especially in big cities, sometimes having friends or close family is difficult.

Grandchildren are precious for this very reason, but when your grandchildren are away or busy, it is possible to 'adopt' one.
